Spoilers
Violence & Gore
- Around the finish, Beetlejuice gets eaten by a sandworm. Later, we run into him in the Netherworld waiting room, where he gets his head shrunken.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Ii spirits are exercised in a ritual and begin to turn into green wrinkled stone like versions of themselves and starting time falling apart and aging into bits just they are then restored.
- Beetlejuice is eaten by a behemothic ophidian and and then has his caput shrunken in the afterlife.

A janitor leans in and creepily explains that these people take been exorcised. What makes it even worse is that this is a fate that Adam and Barbara could accept suffered later in the picture show.
